The library download stopped
The download picks up where it stopped: what each line means and when to tap Retry.
During Downloading the Factory, the line under the bar says what is happening: Asking for the download, Downloading, Checking the download and, at the end, Installed. Nothing is lost if it stops: the download picks up from where it was.
It carries on by itself
No internet connection · it resumes by itself
The connection dropped. When it is back, the download carries on by itself; Retry now tries at once.
The server is busy · it resumes by itself
Wait: REDKEYS tries again by itself every few seconds.
Not enough space · … needed, … free
The disk is short of space; the line says how much is missing and how much is free. Free some space and the download carries on by itself.
It asks for Retry
The download was refused · try again in a few minutes
Wait a few minutes and tap Retry.
The download did not check out · try again
Part of it arrived damaged. Tap Retry.
This device is not activated · the download needs the license
The download needs the activation. See Activation screen messages.
After activation
Your account’s other libraries and the updates are in Settings › Libraries. There, a stopped download shows The download stopped with Retry; one in progress has Pause and Resume, which picks up where it stopped.
