In your account you find your serial, download the installer, see and free the activated devices, read what is new in each version and contact support.

- Open conta.redkeys.com.br.
- Type your purchase e-mail and the Access code — it is in the purchase e-mail, as Access code (or Order). Choose Continue.
- A 6-digit code reaches your e-mail. Type it and choose Sign in.
What the REDKEYS page has
Under Your products, open REDKEYS.
- Serial number: Show serial and e-mail shows the serial; Copy copies it.
- Getting started: the download, install and activate steps, while you have not activated yet.
- Downloads: Installer .exe and the installation guide (PDF).
- License: the status, the type (Lifetime), the purchase date, the Access code, the Order, your Devices and Support.
- What’s new: the notes of each version. When a new version is out, the page shows Version … available.
- Lessons: the video lessons, when there are lessons published.
If signing in did not work
“We could not find a purchase with these details.”
The e-mail or the Access code do not match a purchase. Use the exact purchase e-mail and copy the Access code from that e-mail.
“Invalid or expired code.”
The 6-digit code is wrong or has expired. Choose Resend the code and use the latest one.
“Too many attempts in a short time.”
Wait a minute and try again.
“The code was right, but your browser did not keep the session cookie.”
The browser blocked the session cookie, which is common in private windows. Open a normal window or allow the site’s cookies.
