Change computers
Take everything to the new computer: back up, free the old one, activate the new one and restore.
- On the old computer, if it still starts, make the backup: Export file… › Everything on this device (step by step). Move the file to the new computer.
- In your account, under License › Devices, choose Unlink on the old computer. You can do this even if it no longer starts.
- On the new computer, install and activate with the same e-mail and serial. The library downloads again, with everything your account owns.
- Open EDIT SETLIST (song name › Edit), choose Import file… and the backup file — or drop the file on the REDKEYS window.
- Choose the new computer’s audio interface: Settings › Devices › Audio interface › Open. That choice belongs to each computer and is not in the backup.
