Edit, on a channel, opens its sounds; choose Edit on a sound to open its page. Sound has Tone, resonance, attack and release, glide and the pitch-bend range; Envelope, Velocity and Modulation (5 LFOs, with sources like the mod wheel, velocity, aftertouch, expression or any CC) complete it.
